We're a two-person shop, not a data company. Here's exactly what we collect when you visit this site or sign up for email, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. We don't ask for your name, address, or anything else.
Our signup form uses standard spam protection, which may involve basic technical signals to distinguish real submissions from automated ones. We don't use any of this for tracking or advertising.
If you place an order, your name, shipping address, and payment information are collected and handled by Etsy or Square, not by this website. Their own privacy policies govern that information, not ours.

- To send your welcome discount and occasional emails about new products, restocks, or offers, if you've signed up.
- To keep our spam protection working.
We do not sell your email address or any other personal information. We don't share your information with anyone outside of the tools we use to run the shop.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages visited, traffic sources, general location). Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We don't use it for advertising and we don't combine it with your email address or any other personal data you give us.

Email addresses collected through this website are stored securely and used only to send you communications from BurnlineLab.
We have technical safeguards in place to keep the list clean and protect the signup form from abuse.
